TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Registration form to be filled is Mandatory.
- All attendees are required to complete the designated registration form individually, with one form per delegate.
- Delegate Entitlement as per the constitution of the IAOHNS, APSA, Haryana Delegate.
- The delegate’s registration will be confirmed within 30 days of receipt of payment in Bank.
- Confirmation of the registration will be sent on registered email id.
- PG students are required to upload Letter of HOD.
- Online transaction charges will be applied according to the guidelines of the concerned bank. Transaction charges to be borne by delegates.
- A valid Photo identification card is mandatory at the entrance of the conference area.
- A confirmation email containing your Registration Receipt/ID will be sent to all registered delegates.
- For any card payment, an additional fee will be charged as per the bank policy.
